TIMS – Telecom Information Management System

The TELE-PLUS Management TIMS product is an integrated Call Detail Recording and Telephone Directory System designed for large multi-site organizations. The software was originally designed and programmed for a large corporation with facilities across Canada. The system can manage most types of PBX and IP-PBX equipment as well as Centrex Services. The Package includes modules for Call Accounting, Multi site PBX Polling, Traffic and Network Management, Fraud/Security reporting, Wireless expense management and Telephone Directory. The TIMS product is programmed in a high level language using 4th Generation Language tools resulting in the most flexible telecommunications management system available.
